This page explains how to request deletion of information Shiva Designs receives from Meta through its advertising reporting and campaign-management integration.
Submit a deletion request
Email info.shivadesigns@gmail.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request. Include the email address of the Meta account used to connect, and, if available, the Facebook Page name or ID, Instagram username, and ad account ID associated with the request. Tell us what information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other login credentials. We may ask for enough additional information to verify and locate your request.
We will review the request and delete or de-identify information held by Shiva Designs that we can identify, unless retention is required or permitted for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. We will respond by email about the request and its outcome.
Revoke future access
You can revoke Shiva Designs’ app access through your Meta account or business settings to stop future access through the integration. Revoking access does not by itself delete information already held by Shiva Designs or information Meta retains. For information held on Meta’s services, use Meta’s own privacy tools and request channels.
